By accessing or using Predict Dash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Predict Dash is a trade analytics tool that connects to your Kalshi prediction market account via API to display performance data including win rate, PnL, and category breakdowns. It is an informational dashboard only — it does not execute trades on your behalf.

Predict Dash is not financial advice. Analytics displayed reflect historical trade performance and should not be interpreted as predictions of future results or recommendations to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Payment and Access

• Access to Predict Dash requires a one-time purchase of $24.99 via Gumroad.
• Your purchase grants lifetime access to the service for a single user account.
• Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing customers are not affected.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must only use read-only Kalshi API keys with this service. Using read/write keys is at your own risk.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Kalshi API complies with Kalshi's own terms of service.
• One account per purchase. You may not share access with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use the service to scrape data for resale or redistribution.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will always be accurate or up-to-date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predict Dash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses resulting from reliance on information displayed in the dashboard.

Third-Party Services

Predict Dash integrates with Kalshi and Gumroad. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Kalshi.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@predict-dash.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
